There is only 10 minute grace period.
If it's past 10 minutes, the total time you that you were late will be deducted from your 45 minute session, resulting in a shorter session.
If you are 15 minutes or later you appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit a session and or your deposit.
If you decide to cancel less than 24 hours you will forfeit your deposit if you are a 1st time client. If you are a recurring client you will forfeit one session of your package.
A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 deposit required for all appointments.

Your deposit will be applied to your services. If you miss your appointment for any reason, you will forfeit your $25 deposit and will be required to pay another deposit for rebooking.
